This programme is designed for serious young musicians who are ready to treat music as a craft — not a hobby.

 

Students work as part of a high-level band environment, gaining real industry experience through professional recording projects, single and album releases, gig preparation, and live performances. Participants develop full Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), learn how to present themselves as artists, and build a strong public identity around their music.

 

Bands in this programme have won national competitions and performed at a high level, reflecting the programme’s commitment to excellence, discipline, and originality. Rehearsals operate with a professional standard, focusing on musicianship, collaboration, songwriting, stage presence, and artistic direction for entering the real world as musicans and navigating work experiance and a courier out of music.

 

In addition to performance, students receive practical artist development training, including:

• real-world work experience opportunities

• insight into artist management and self-management

• recording and release processes

• professional rehearsal and performance expectations

 

This is an application-level programme intended for motivated teens who are ready to invest in their artistry, work as a team, and pursue music seriously.
